     #  SOJA II: Consumo de soja na China deve crescer 3,7% na safra 2005/06 

A China deve encerrar a safra 2005/06 com um consumo de 43,7 milhões de toneladas de soja, 3,7% a mais do que no ciclo anterior. Já a produção deve recuar 5,74%, para 16,4 milhões de toneladas. A estimativa é do Centro Nacional de Informações sobre Grãos e Óleos (CNIGO). A demanda por farelo de soja também deve registrar crescimento, saltando de 24,3 milhões de toneladas, em 2004/05, para 27,7 milhões de toneladas na atual safra. O volume é pouco inferior à produção estimada, de 27,5 milhões de toneladas. As importações do derivado devem alcançar 900 mil toneladas. As informações são da Dow Jones.
