     #  PULMAN É VENDIDA PARA GRUPO MEXICANO 

 Criada em setembro do ano passado, a Divisão Bunge Alimentos, que reúne as antigas Santista Alimentos e a Ceval Alimentos, comunicou a venda da Plus Vita e da Pulman para o grupo mexicano Bimbo. O negócio, no valor de R$ 130 milhões (cerca de US$ 65 milhões), foi fechado na sexta-feira à noite. A Bunge recebeu o pagamento à vista. A Pulman detém a liderança no mercado de pães industrializados no Brasil, e está no mercado nacional desde 1950. Sua linha é bastante diversificada, desde o tradicional pão de forma (pioneiro), até bolos e rocamboles e novos tipo muffins. Além do pão Pulman, foram vendidas também as marcas Ana Maria, Van Mill e Muffs. (Jornal Valor)
