     #  PIS/COFINS ? SOLUÇÃO À VISTA? 

 A Frencoop, a OCB e representantes de algumas organizações estaduais se reuniram, ontem (31/01) em Brasília, para estabelecer estratégia para a votação do Projeto de Conversão da MP 2.113-27 (PIS/Cofins), relatado pelo deputado goiano Euler Morais. O projeto foi incluido na pauta de votação da Convocação Extraordinária do Congresso Nacional e deverá ser votado até o próximo dia 14. O projeto retira a cobrança desse tributo do texto legal e remete sua regulamentação a uma lei complementar, atendendo as reivindicações do sistema cooperativista.

 Os deputados Silas Brasileiro, Xico Graziano, Tarcísio Perondi e Nelson Marchezan representaram a Frencoop nessa reunião, que contou com a presença do superintendente da OCB, Valdir Colato, da Ocepar (Juacir Wischneski) e das OCEs do RS, SP, MG, MS.
