     #  CNPE: Conselho mantém teor de biodiesel no óleo diesel em 2022 

****![cnpe 01 12 2021](https://paranacooperativo.coop.br/images/comunicacao/2021/noticias/12/01/cnpe/cnpe_01_12_2021.webp)**O Conselho Nacional de Política Energética (CNPE) aprovou resolução que mantém o teor obrigatório de biodiesel no óleo diesel. O objetivo é evitar o aumento do preço do óleo diesel para o consumidor final, segundo a Secretaria Especial de Produtividade e Competitividade do Ministério da Economia.**

**Estimativa - De acordo com o ministério, a estimativa é que a manutenção do percentual de adição obrigatório de biodiesel de 10% (B10) ao óleo diesel no período evitaria, em média, uma elevação de preços de R$ 0,12.**

**Análise - A proposta – enviada por meio da nota técnica em 17 de novembro de 2021 – apresenta a análise da conjuntura atual, com o aumento dos preços das commodities e respectiva elevação de estrutura de custos que tem ocasionado aumento do preço dos combustíveis automotivos.
