     #  ÁREAS DE FRONTEIRA: Audiência pública debate regularização 

 O deputado federal Eduardo Sciarra, da Comissão de Agricultura, Pecuária, Abastecimento e Desenvolvimento Rural da Câmara Federal fez uma pelo ao governo federal para agilizar a regularizaão de terras produtivas nas áreas de fronteira. Segundo o deputado, a falta de agilidade do Incra gera insegurança entre os produtores rurais. O apelo foi feito durante audiência pública para discutir a instrução normativa número 27/06 do Incra, que permite a anulação do domínio de propriedades rurais em áreas de fronteira. ?O governo não pode legislar por meio de atos normativos?, disse Sciarra, destacando que a função de legislar cabe ao Congresso.
