> Voltado para advogados e alunos de direito, Contratos de Crédito Rural, de autoria de Carlos Alberto Pereira ensina como os advogados podem identificar e afastar os encargos financeiros ilegais e escapar das armadilhas criadas por juros e taxas abusivas, que podem ser cobradas na aquisição do crédito rural. Divido em 14 capítulos, o livro apresenta as normas legais e a jurisprudência do Superior Tribunal de Justiça (STJ), corte que tem a palavra final sobre o assunto. Tudo em uma linguagem didática. Carlos Alberto Pereira é advogado especialista em Negociação Administrativa de Débitos Rurais e em Contratos de Crédito Rural e Dívidas Rurais. Possui MBA em Comércio Exterior e Negociações Internacionais pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
