     #  CRÉDITO RURAL: Redução de juros rurais 

Os ministérios da Agricultura e Desenvolvimento Agrário discutem com a Fazenda a redução das taxas de juros do crédito rural. Hoje a taxa é de 1% a 7,25% ao ano para a agricultura familiar e de 8,75% para a empresarial. "Com a queda da Selic, as taxas de juros reais do crédito rural são consideradas muito elevadas", disse João Luiz Guadagnin, coordenador de financiamento da produção da Secretaria da Agricultura Familiar do Ministério do Desenvolvimento Agrário. A 8,75% ao ano, a taxa real de juros da agricultura empresarial é de 4,4%. "A crise reduziu a lucratividade no campo. O agricultor não tem condições de pagar os juros reais e ainda ter lucro para honrar as dívidas de investimento". No caso da agricultura familiar, os juros reais são de 2,96% positivos a 3,04% negativos. Os cálculos foram feitos considerando a Selic de 15,75% e inflação de 4,17% ao ano projetada pelo IPCA para os próximos 12 meses. (Gazeta Mercantil).
