     #  CÓDIGO FLORESTAL I: OCB fará parte de grupo para discutir regularização ambiental 

A direção da Frente Parlamentar da Agropecuária (FPA) propôs a criação de um grupo de trabalho interministerial para definir a regulamentação do Programa de Regularização Ambiental (PRA) e do Cadastro Ambiental Rural (CAR), previstos no Código Florestal. Os congressistas defendem a participação da Confederação de Agricultura e Pecuária do Brasil (CNA), Associação Brasileira do Agronegócio (Abag), Sociedade Rural Brasileira (SRB), Organização das cooperativas Brasileiras (OCB) e representantes de entidades estaduais. De acordo com o comando da FPA, a formação do grupo "seria a maneira mais democrática e transparente de o governo debater as normas para regulamentar várias questões da nova lei que ficaram em aberto". Segundo a Frente, caso estes pontos não sejam bem avaliados, "ainda poderão trazer uma indesejável insegurança jurídica no campo". (*Informe OCB*)
